On average, most requests are completed in 3-5 working days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

There would be no specific cap on the deliverables in each request. However, if your request is something like “Design and write captions for 100 Instagram posts,” the turnaround time would be more than 20 working days, and our account managers would get back to you regarding a reasonable request that we can deliver within the month.

We highly recommend you make campaign-specific requests instead of bulk requests for a certain channel so you can better see the value we provide.

We understand plans change and you may not have enough marketing work to fill up the entire month. There’s when pausing your plan will come in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a calendar month. If you sign up and use the service for 11 days in January (with 31 calendar days), and then decide to pause your plan, your billing cycle would be paused and you will have 20 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
