You’ll have our entire team’s support, but you will only need to speak to two people. Cassandra (our Founder/CEO with 14+ years marketing experience) leads strategy and senior calls, and you’ll be assigned an account manager as your day-to-day point of contact.
Behind them sits our senior execution team: two designers, three content and social media strategists, one multimedia specialist, two performance marketers, a partnerships lead, an influencer specialist and a researcher. Most of the team has 5 to 12 years of experience.

Each retainer comes with a monthly pool of credits. You can spend them across strategy, content, partnerships, performance, influencer, social, and more. Just mix and match based on what your business needs that month. We share the full credit menu during the quotation stage so you’ll know exactly what each output costs.

On average, for strategy work, we will get back in 5-10 working days. For execution work, requests are completed in 3-5 working days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Credits not used for that month can be carried forward for one month.
