We can tailor our support to your business needs, but these are the 3 most common ways that businesses engage us:

(1) Strategy Sprint — a 3 to 4 week deep-dive when you need clarity before launching, expanding or pushing for growth. Billed per sprint.

(2) Launch Campaign — a 2 to 3 month end-to-end campaign for products or brands being launched, relaunched or pushed regionally. Billed by project. 

(3) Fractional Marketing Team — an ongoing retainer on a credit plan, which can be used for various marketing needs across social media, email marketing, branding, strategy, and more. Billed monthly with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Our most popular offer.

You’ll have our entire team’s support, but you will only need to speak to two people. Cassandra (our Founder/CEO with 14+ years marketing experience) leads strategy and senior calls, and you’ll be assigned an account manager as your day-to-day point of contact.

Behind them sits our senior execution team: two designers, three content and social media strategists, one multimedia specialist, two performance marketers, a partnerships lead, an influencer specialist and a researcher. Most of the team has 5 to 12 years of experience.

We work on a credits-based model for each of the fractional marketing services, whether it’s "Hire a VP Marketing” or "Hire a marketing team”. There is a fixed credits system we have for each fractional service, and credits would be deducted based on output.

For fractional marketing services, we work on a credit system where you will know the number of credits you get, and how much credits would be deducted per deliverable during the engagement period. This would be made transparent to you during the quotation stage.

On average, for strategy work, we will get back in 5-10 working days. For execution work, requests are completed in 3-5 working days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Credits not used for that month can be carried forward for one month.

We run Ottie’s Splash & Sell Workshop, a weekend marketing workshop designed for kids aged 7-12. Using our card game Ottie’s Fishy Business, we teach kids simple marketing ideas (word of mouth, social media, branding) and campaigns (events, promotions, livestreaming, and more). The workshop includes hands-on mini challenges, healthy interaction with other kids, and short pitches aimed at improving your child’s confidence.
