Our hiring process

Initial call: We'll discuss your experience and assess if you're a good fit for our team at OtterHalf.

Skills assessment: You'll first complete a take-home assignment and then participate in a video interview where you can take us through your thought process behind the assignment.

Final interview: You'll get a chance to meet our founding team and learn more about our company culture and values.
