Ottie’s Fishy Business: Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to enjoy their new game without a hitch. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got a simple returns and exchanges process to keep things smooth sailing.

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the date you received your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, undamaged, unmarked, and unused

  • In their original packaging (box, cards, instruction manual), including any gift-with-purchase in original packaging if applicable

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

You may use any courier or postal service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service to minimise the risk of loss.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping or returns outside of Singapore.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after verification.

A processing fee of S$5 will apply to each return and be deducted from your refund.

To avoid this fee, you may prefer to request an exchange instead (see “Exchanges” below).

Returns


If the game’s version, edition, or bundle you received is not what you expected, you may request a one-time exchange instead of a return.

To exchange:

  1. Place a new order for the replacement item (you only pay for what you keep).

  2. Return the original item (including any gift-with-purchase in original packaging, if applicable) using the same return process described above.

We’ll refund the full amount of the returned item to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after verification.

No S$5 processing fee applies to exchanges.

Exchanges


Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

The refund amount will be the purchase cost, minus the processing fee (if applicable) and minus any applicable return shipping charges.

Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds


Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been opened, damaged, or used

  • Missing components (cards, box, instruction manual, gift-with-purchase)

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers
