  • No. While we have a strong track record with startups and scale-ups, we work with any business that needs marketing support. That includes SMEs, e-commerce brands, family businesses, and more. If they need to grow their marketing without hiring in-house, they're a perfect fit for us.

  • Not at all. Your role is simply to make the introduction. OtterHalf handles the initial discovery call, strategy and marketing proposal, and all correspondence after. You just need to connect us — and we’ll keep you in the loop.

  • You'll earn a competitive commission for each successful referral. Details on commission rates are shared when you sign up. The more businesses you refer, the more you can earn.

  • No, joining the OtterHalf Referral Programme is completely free. There are also no minimum referral requirements to remain active. You only need to sign up once!

  • That’s alright! There’s no penalty and no awkwardness, we promise. Sometimes it isn’t a perfect fit, or the timing isn’t right. However, do note that you will only earn commission on successful referrals that sign with us as a paying client.

    If your referral doesn't proceed with us, there is no payment or obligation to you!

  • Once you're set up as a referrer, our team will keep you updated on the status of each introduction you make. We'll be in touch when a referral progresses to a signed client, so you always know when a commission is on its way.
