Hatch Academy’s new programme launch

What they needed help with

Hatch Academy is a social enterprise marketing agency that trains mid-career switchers in digital marketing. They were launching Singapore’s first outcome-based marketing course, allowing learners to pay only after securing a job post-programme. To succeed, Hatch needed to quickly generate awareness, leads, and enrolments for the inaugural run.


What we did

OtterHalf handled both the creative concepting and execution of the launch campaign:

  • Campaign concept & creative execution: Developed a launch theme to highlight the unique “pay after you get hired” proposition.

  • Digital ads creative: Designed attention-grabbing visuals and copy for performance marketing campaigns. This includes an explainer video on the new programme.

  • Public relations: Secured media coverage to drive credibility and amplify reach.


The impact

Generated 70+ leads in the first two weeks of the campaign, creating strong early momentum for enrolments in the programme’s first intake.
