Ottie’s Splash & Sell Workshop is a playful, hands-on marketing workshop for kids aged 7–12 years old, where children learn what marketing is and try it out for themselves. Through Ottie’s Fishy Business, our original card game where kids help Ottie the otter bring customers to her fish stand, children step into the role of a marketer and experience how ideas turn into attention.
Our workshops help them:
✅ IDENTIFY the different ways businesses ATTRACT attention and customers
✅ APPLY simple marketing strategies through hands-on gameplay
✅ DESIGN & PROMOTE a poster for Ottie’s fish stand and canvass for votes from their peers to see which ideas truly stand out
Every participant who completes the workshop is recognised as an Ottie Mini Marketer, taking home:
